I posted this to the Terenas forums using my Dad's account:

http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/3342097525

My father died a couple weeks back from cancer. He really loved this game. I got on his account and played his characters for a couple of days and got to talk with a few of the IJAG guildies. Seems he had a small clique that will really miss him.

He was taken suddenly and too soon. And I love and miss him very much.

Brought tears to my eyes.

I'm so sorry Kindlen. I remember your dad being very nice and very helpful.

Hope you and Bleenen are doing okay.

I saw the post on the realm forums when it went up, but had no idea it was about your dad. Sorry to hear this. Hang in there.

Thanks all.

I am doing OK. One day at a time. I am spending as much time as I can with my own son and focusing on work and some League of Legends and World of Tanks.

I just posted a non-wow look about my Dad on my personal blog:

I really appreciate the kind words.

Kindlen - sorry for your loss. I hope that your fond memories, both in game and out, are helping you during this difficult time.

Just reading this now, but wanted to say I know how tough that event can be. May your family find strength from one another while sharing fond memories of your loved one.

Kindlen, our thoughts and prayers are with you and your Dad. I had some great times running around with both of you (and some very nasty times in the Plague Lands). Hope your family is doing okay.
